These are based on our experience how to manage twitter account with right way :

1. Please remove your account from tweetadder, We can not process your account if still linked with tweetadder. you can use it again after We complete the job.

2. It Must be DONE.. if you still in default format, please Change your profile image, Complete your BIO, and change your background image.

3. Never using many automatic tools to update your tweets, I suggest you using one service only. Example : One of FREE reliable service is http://hootsuite.com to schedule or manage your tweets.

4. Don't make update aggresively about same links or duplication tweets a day. Try to post minimum one same link a day on one account, Or you can use link shorthener to modify your same links.

5. IMPORTANT..!!! Do intensively conversation with your followers (atleast once in two weeks), If you want maintain your followers for long time relationship so IT MUST BE DONE. The another advantage for this point is The twitter admin will see you as real human not a robot or else.

6. VERY IMPORTAN and MUST BE DONE!!! When We are Growing your followers, Please Let the only one person (me) that handle to build your followers account and remove all followers growing application on your twitter account. It's to avoid any probabilities twitter rules violation by other users.

8. We need to know your twitter username and password, Don't worry We are Professional in managing a lot of client accounts, We will not abuse it. You can change it after We complete your task. 

PLEASE NOTE :

- Basicly during We take the job, you can tweet as many as you need, but please you don't make bother your followers with spamming tweets. It will make your account can be blocked or reported as spammer.

- Your followers growth is really affected upon your specific requirements, If You define more spesific profile for your followers target, then you will get further slow growth.
