That's your list man! For me I would start with number 10, ARSENAL FC, the best team in the world in terms of financial discipline, quality, charming and great football the world enjoys, while playing with the youngest players in Europe and the world at large, sometimes the average age hits 22 or so. They might not have won anything major in the last 5 years but they have a lot to show. As big clubs sink in debt for spending billions in buying plans, all of the top 9 you have put above, they have been able to build a new stadium, play in European Champions League every season for the last ten or so years, and getting past the quarters in the last 6 or so years, (finalist 2006, lost to Barcelona), been top for in the English premier leaugue while nurturing players from its academy and buying other talented young ones across the world. You can imagine 17, 18 to about 24 year olds playing with experienced players, bought with Billions (Chelsea FC, Real Madrid etc), unknown players. On the other hand, the Emirates always has a full stadium where fans come to watch beautiful and intense soccer. I tell you, being the only top four team in the EPL which has not been bought by a Billionaire and the only team in the English League not named after a town or City, it's the BEST team across the world. In fact in the current season they spent half of Liverpool's budget or even less yet are lying third, having played all their huge and hard games, with a surety of taking the EPL and winning the Champions League.
